Xtronic Continuosly Variable Transmission w/ tiptronic shift mode
The CVT transmission offers a continuous acceleration with NO SHIFT SHOCK. You will not see the RPM fall to shift. You will not spill your coffee from a rough shift. CVT is offered with most hybrids and is a technology banned from F-1 racing for unfair capabilities. Switch the shifter to the left side and you are in manual mode. Manual mode offers clutchless shifting for more of a spirited driving experience.
This Altima comes with a power driver's seat, power mirrors, power locks, power windows with auto one touch for both front windows, auxillary port for the radio, dual chrome tipped exhaust, steering wheel mounted audio controls, cruise control, and the Nissan Intelligent Key System.
The Nissan Intelligent Key System has keyless entry as well as keyless ignition. Buttons on the outside of the doors and trunk make it so all you have to do is be within 3 feet of the car with the key in your pocket and you can push the button once to unlock that door or twice to unlock all doors.
